What can I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit will either be an evaluation, or a therapy session. If you have an evaluation from an outside source that has been completed within the last year, we may be able to use that. If you do not have a recent evaluation, or your insurance requires an evaluation, your first session will be an evaluation. Depending on the type of evaluation, this may take more than one session.
Your first visit will involve the review of essential information about the client, an evaluation or therapy, and a time for consultation/training at the end of the session.
Do you require anything from us before the first visit?
In order to spend the maximum amount of time with the client during the session, we ask that you complete all paperwork we provide you with a couple of days before the session so we have time to review it.
If you will be using insurance we will need a referral and/or prescription from your Dr.
